Bookkeeper The bookkeeper will be responsible for overseeing all accounting and bookkeeping functions. This position reports directly to the CFO. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Data entry for A/R and A/P
- Assist with cash flow management including direct contact with customers and vendors - Manage supplies, including forecasting needs and purchasing - Act as employee liaison between HR and specific location Position Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Responsible, dependable, and organized work habits - Strong verbal and written communication skills Dry Polisher The Dry polisher should be able to work in a dusty, loud environment. Wet polish skills are a plus. This position reports to the Shop Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Sink cutouts both finished and unfinished
- Breaking down edges for router in wet polish - Checking layouts against stone - Cutting splash down to size - Cutting sink clips - Roding tops Forklift Operator Forklift Operators are directly responsible for safety within the shop environment and should be team players with maturity and significant factory experience. This position reports to the Shop Manager. Responsibilitites include but are not limited to:
- Knowledge of slab layout
- Client interaction - Stone colors and names - Safety - 2 Years Experience Required Installer Installers must have previous countertop experience and be able to manage client job site. Must be able to train a helper. This position reports to the Install Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Checks top while loaded in the morning
- Installing jobs and finished quality inspection - Trouble shooting on site - Relay information about job to install manager - Truck Inventory - Train installer helpers Installer Helper This position reports to the Install Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Helps Installer carry tops
- Organization of truck and job sites during installs - Double checks material on trucks, splash, sinks, tops and tools - Cut and Polishes tops Junior Sales Representative This position reports to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Building relationships and leads from the current Granite Source customer base
- Setting up sales meeting with new customers - Assisting the operations manager with organizing new client accounts - Researching new accounts through networking Office Assistant This position reports to the Operations Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Scheduling Installs and Measurements
- Reviewing orders and collecting all incomplete information - Preparing daily scheduling paperwork - Following up with customers Shop Foreman Shop Foreman are responsible for the overall working of the factory including tools and employees. Teamwork and a positive attitude are essential. This position reports to the Shop Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- 5 Years Experience
- Help with all shop isues - Check all jobs - Keep track of tools Template Person Template person has to have a solid background in countertops as well as templates. Customer interaction is key so this person must be able to talk to a multitude of people on job sites. People skills a must. This position reports to the Install Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Template jobs/Measure jobs/pickup sinks
- Informs customer of important information regarding their jobs - Drops off install information packets - Does Drawings and/or cardboard cutouts - Relays job information to off including on-site changes made by customer or by job Wet Polisher Wet Polisher should be able to work in a team and be willing to be trained into other shop jobs. This position reports to the Shop Manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Wet Polishing
- Running router for edger detail finishing - Waxing tops - Sealing tops - Checking shop quality (Example: Chips, Scratches "Popps") |
